Wedding Prep Workout

For anyone that is getting married this year or next have a look at this Wedding Prep workout to get you going and motivated to help you get in shape, if you wish once you have mastered the moves and techniques you can add small weights to increase the effectiveness of the workout.  To get the best out of this Wedding Prep workout progress all the way through rest for 1 minute and then repeat. Try to aim to build up to completing 3 times through….

50 Jumping Jacks                                                                   5 tricep dips

30 Squats                                                                                  20 press ups (3/4 or full)

20 High Knees                                                                         50 reverse crunches

25 Lunges (each leg)                                                               1 minute plank

1 minute march/jog on the spot

1 minute wall sit
