Weekly Circuits

Okay guys so here is 6 week challenge for you, a mini circuit for you to squeeze into your busy daily routine, boost your metabolism and increase your oxygen intake. Over the next 6 weeks I will be posting a new circuit every week for you to try. You can either split your circuits up over the week or if you want to really push yourself why not complete circuit 1, circuit 2 and finish off with circuit 3Or mix it up, complete circuit 1 on day 1, complete circuits 1 and 2 on day 2 and finally blitz circuit 1,2 and 3 on day 3.

Weekly Circuits – Week 1

5-minute warm-up jog or jump rope

Circuit 1:
25 squats
15 press ups
50 jumping jacks
Repeat three times.

Circuit 2:
10-15 squat thrusts
10-15 alternating forward lunges per leg
20 side leg lifts
Repeat three times.

Circuit 3:
1-minute run or 1-minute jump rope
1 minute plank position
Repeat three times.
