So here is a portable workout that you can take anywhere with you, on holiday, a business trip, a weekend away, just to keep your focus and also to not allow you to break your routine especially if you do not have access to a gym.   REPEAT 1 – 3 TIMES FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS!!!!

50 High Knees

5 push ups

50 Jumping Jacks

10  lunges (each leg)

10 burpees

20 reverse crunches

1 minute marching plank

20 reverse crunches

10 burpees

10 lunges (each leg)

50 jumping jacks

5 push ups

50 high knees
